CREATE //
Premiering in Dublin in 2016, SaaStock is a gathering for the global SaaS Community. This international conference is targeted towards a niche part of the tech world – the Software-as-a-Service industry. SaaS puts tech in the cloud and allows customers to be self-sufficient.
The aim for SaaStock Remote in June 2020, was to gather 3000+ founders, executives and investors together for two days of learning, networking and collaboration online – pivoting from a planned in-person event due to CoVid restrictions. Bringing an entire conference from IRL to virtual within a 6-week deadline was the challenge. Speakers, schedules, networking and sponsors all had to be reconsidered, alongside new creative, graphics and the entire technical, streaming + studio set up.
EXPERIENCE //
In collaboration with SaaStock, we worked to ensure that it was one to remember. We broadcast the live stream from our Dublin studio, designed the digital assets and coordinated the speakers technical rehearsals. From virtual greenrooms, show callers, streaming engineers and technical producers, both the SaaStock and Catapult teams worked seamlessly. 150 speakers + presentations over 2 days, with countless connections made across the globe. It included keynotes, panel discussions, fireside chats, Q+A and post-event networking with live DJ.
IMPACT //
SaaStock Remote was the most significant virtual SaaS conference in 2020, bringing 150+ speakers from some of the most successful SaaS companies on the planet to share the lessons they have learned and offer advice to attendees from all over the world.
